JS Building Company completed a first-generation restaurant build-out for Urban Cookhouse at Bridge Street Town Centre under an accelerated construction schedule. The team coordinated slab work, finish installations, and equipment integration within tight site and operational constraints.

Scope included coordinating kitchen equipment installation, frosted glass partitions, acoustical ceiling treatments, stained wood accent walls, and garage doors with roll-down screens supporting indoor and outdoor dining.
