The Views at Chase Creek

JSBC was selected as the construction manager for an apartment complex at The Views at Chase Creek. The expansive complex is located on approximately 23 acres on the east side of Chapman Mountain and the south side of US-72. During the preconstruction process, JSBC identified alternative building foundation construction methods that were used to save the client significant costs. The Views at Chase Creek finished under budget and ahead of schedule despite the significant impacts that were brought on by COVID -19.

228 Units and 10 Apartment Buildings, plus a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and maintenance building.

This project consisted of 1- and 2- bedroom apartments with granite countertops in the kitchen, LVT flooring, tile flooring in the bathrooms, and carpet in the bedrooms.
