The Manor on County Line

Located off the ever-growing County Line Road that separates Madison County from Limestone County. JSBC was brought under contract to construct an apartment complex. It was located on approximately 23 acres and built with the same ownership group as The Views at Chase Creek.  JSBC was familiar with the multi-family project consisting of similar floor plans and layouts benefitting both the new sub-contractors and key sub-contractors who worked on The Views. Completed in the summer of 2025.

316 Units, 15 Apartment Buildings, plus a clubhouse and maintenance building.
