The Corner Office

Located at the corner of Northside Square and Eastside Square, this three-story, 140-year-old building was in desperate need of a new start. JSBC was selected as a design-build partner to bring this old building back to life. A new entrance was needed between Jack Brown’s and Jimmy John’s to access the suites above the first floor, so the old center column was removed, and the entire front of the building was temporarily supported while two period columns from Texas were installed to bookend the new front entrance. Construction lasted approximately 10 months while the interior and exterior were completely refurbished.

This project included a facelift with four steel balconies, windows, storefront, and paint, a first-floor entrance, and full interior refurbishment.
