Spring Branch Apartments

JS Building Company completed construction services to repair damage from structural settlement for the Spring Branch Apartments at Burgundy Square, contributing to a multi-building residential development. Upon the completion of the first project, JSBC was then retained as the construction manager for another project to renovate the interiors of all the units. The project required coordination across multiple structures and shared site infrastructure to support residential use.
