Schoel Engineering

Schoel Engineering decided to move from its South Huntsville location to Downtown Huntsville and enlisted the help of JSBC to take its three-story, 100+ year old building down to the studs to fit the needs of its ever-expanding firm. Power for most of the 100 block on the east side of Washington Street was shared from one meter and needed to be disconnected and fed from its own power source. One of the many hurdles JSBC faced on this job. This office is now a showpiece of Downtown HSV. The storefront windows across the first floor allow for a glimpse of what makes this office unique.

This project included new restrooms, restored hardware floors, revamped elevator, kitchens, offices, training rooms, and conference rooms, exposed brick walls, and many other high-end finishes.
