Oakwood Farms Market

After successfully completing several projects for Oakwood University over the last 15 years, JSBC was selected in 2018 to complete the Oakwood Farms Market. The concept behind the project was to provide fruits and vegetables that are “Grown in our Community for our Community”. This project was successfully completed in 5 months and has been in use by Oakwood since early 2019.

5,100 Sq. Ft. Interior Market, 2,250 Sq. Ft. Outdoor Pavilion

The project included walking trails, extensive landscaping features, and an exterior water feature. The interior marketing included prep and receiving rooms, a grain room, display and sales areas, a sandwich bar, and a juice bar.
