Memorial Village

Located off South Memorial Parkway, this project’s jobsite sits on both the north and south sides of Hobbs Road. These were rental units and were constructed with the same similar sequencing and subcontractors that were utilized on both The Views at Chase Creek and Manor on County Line. This project had difficulties with sitework as the jobsite was located on the side of a hill with significant elevation changes. JSBC was engaged in March of 2024, and the project is scheduled for full completion and turnover in August of 2025

1,100-1,600 Sq. Ft Units, Total of 225,000 Sq. Ft.

This project consisted of 176 single-family housing units with 1-,2-, and 3-bedroom configurations. JSBC also used extensive retaining walls and foundation systems to account for grade changes.
