JS Building Company completed its third major renovation phase at Magnolia Trace – ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, modernizing dining, commons, lobby, bistro, reception, and residents’ lounge areas. Extensive pre-planning and phased work maintained dust control and accessibility for residents while ensuring quality outcomes.

Scope included deconstruction to original studs, installation of a food service line, fireplaces, a coffee bar with mosaic tile, a hearing aid wireless sound loop system, audiovisual elements, luxury vinyl tile flooring, specialty carpeting, textured wallcoverings, decorative fixtures, custom trim, and quartz and stone countertops.
