Madison Surgery Center

Upon a recommendation from other medical office owners, JSBC was selected to complete a major renovation on the Madison Surgery Center. Working through a design-assist relationship with the owner, JSBC helped develop a phasing plan to maximize construction efficiency while minimizing the impact on ongoing operations at the facility.

The project consisted of a full demolition and reconstruction of a 14,000 Sq. Ft. second floor for new waiting room, pre-operation, post-operation, six GI procedure rooms, a new elevator, and a new surgical OR to the first floor.
