JS Building Company constructed the Lockheed Martin HIT Center in three phases beginning in the summer of 2010. Phase 1 was a 3,200 square foot high bay testing lab. Phase 2 was the addition of 3,600 square feet, including additions to the high bay and viewing theatre. Phase 3 was the final addition of 7,000 square feet, consisting of complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Liquid Nitrogen systems. Budgeting, cost prediction analysis, and scheduling were provided to support phased delivery and future planning.
