JS Building Company oversaw the interior build-out of the Linex facility spanning 60,000 square feet of contiguous space near the Huntsville-Madison County International Airport. The work was phased so that approximately half of the space was configured for fully operational office areas while the remainder was prepared for specialized manufacturing and storage needs.

Half of the space was built out for office operations, including conference and board rooms, laboratory and video production areas, and training rooms, while the other half was prepared for custom application booths, extensive product storage racks, a stainless steel mezzanine, and break room spaces.
