JSBC was selected as the CM to partner with Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate to renovate the 100+-year-old buildings and site on its now 7-acre campus. The main four-story tower, along with the “Dye House,” accounts for more than 200,000 square feet of mixed-use space. JSBC worked directly with the architect and engineers to ensure the design was completed in compliance with the owner’s budget. The overall project schedule was a two-year duration, with the first phase scheduled for completion in the Fall of 2020. In addition to the landlord scopes of work, JSBC also worked with several tenants on their tenant improvement projects.
