JS Building Company was selected to be the general contractor for Legacy Market Place, a retail center development delivering multiple tenant spaces within a coordinated commercial site.

Scope included five retail shell spaces, including two warm-lit shells, an exterior facade that combined several materials, including block, stone, EIFS, and glass, to complement the architecture of the surrounding retail developments.
