While renovations were ongoing with The Corner Office, located on Northside Square in downtown Huntsville, JSBC was approached by Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint for a design-build project of their new location. Retrofitting the 140-year-old suite to fit the needs of a high-volume establishment presented a lot of unique challenges. The kitchen hood exhaust was extended two stories through the office space above, with modifications to the structural components of the building. Construction lasted approximately five months, and Jack Browns has become a staple of great beer and burgers in downtown Huntsville
