JS Building Company completed ground-up construction of a new dialysis clinic featuring structural steel framing, masonry exterior, and custom landscaping. The build was executed with solar panel integration, requiring structural upgrades for panel loads.

Scope included a custom solar panel system, 13 dialysis stations, a water treatment room, a conference room, offices, examination rooms, a lobby, and a reception area.
