Fantasy Playhouse Children’s Theatre

Merrimack Hall was purchased by The Fantasy Playhouse Children’s Theatre in the fall of 2024. JSBC was engaged to work with the Fantasy team and the architect to ensure that the project budgets were maintained. JSBC was given the approval to proceed with the construction work in early 2025. The project consisted of a completed demo and rebuild of interior spaces. JSBC began construction in January of 2025 and turned over the space in July of 2025. The project was finished on time and under budget.

This project included modifying the existing Merrimack Hall theatre, adding additional classroom spaces, production areas, offices, and kitchen/catering areas

Exterior modifications included a new entrance canopy, overhead rod canopies, and new exterior painting.
