Clinton Row Retail

JS Building Company delivered 7,500 square feet of new retail space by transforming under-utilized parking areas on the ground floor of an existing garage into high-visibility street-front retail. The project included slab and foundation work, load-bearing CMU walls, and building envelope upgrades consistent with downtown retail standards.

Exterior scope included custom perforated aluminum panels on steel outriggers, decorative lighting, storefront glass, and garage door installations; interior scope included metal stud and tenant separation walls and varied façade finishes.
