Maynard Cooper & Gale Office Building with Pedestrian Bridge

JS Building Company was selected as the construction manager for the Maynard Cooper & Gale office building, including a pedestrian bridge spanning Jefferson Street to connect the office directly to adjacent parking. The project required detailed coordination in a dense downtown environment, integrating office construction with structural bridge work while maintaining public access and safety below. The project finished on time, and once completed, Maynard Cooper principals were so pleased with the results that JS Building Co. and Chapman Sisson Architects were asked to renovate the interior conference rooms in the existing building.
