JSBC was selected to complete a medical office shell directly behind Madison Hospital. Construction began in the winter of 2022 with a heavy civil package and was completed in the winter of 2023.

This project featured a large EIFS canopy, a full brick/stone building, an elevator, storefront windows throughout, HVAC, a meter center for future tenants, and completed lobbies with bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.
