When Linex, a global leader in protective coatings development, decided to relocate its international operations to 60,000 square feet of contiguous space near the Huntsville-Madison County International Airport, the Owner/Tenant team selected JS Building Co. to oversee the interior buildout.

About 30,000 square feet of the space was built out for office operations, including conference and board rooms, a laboratory area, video production rooms, and state of the art training rooms. The remaining 30,000 square feet were prepared for three custom application booths, extensive racking for product storage, a stainless steel mezzanine for product storage, and various break rooms.

Space was available for occupancy in just slightly over three months, while application booths completed as components were delivered.
