JS Building Co. was selected to help Iron Tribe Fitness open its first North Alabama location on the first floor of an old TVA garage located on Woodson Street. Convenient to the downtown market, it was also an excellent adaptive reuse of old industrial space. JS Building Co. worked closely with the design team to satisfy Corporate Guidelines at the best value for the 5,600 square foot space.

Faced with growing competition, Iron Tribe operators needed a fast completion to establish new clientele as quickly as possible. JS Building Co. coordinated the installation of Iron Tribe’s unique fitness and workout equipment, and added restroom and shower facilities.
