Continuing the long-standing partnership forged with Fresenius Medical more than two decades ago, JS Building Co. began this ground-up project with an expectation to turn it over to the owners in 180 days.

The new 9,567 square foot building consisted of structural steel framing, metal bar joists, an exterior masonry façade, and custom landscaping.

The interior featured 17 dialysis stations, a conference room, home therapy treatment rooms, water treatment room, exam rooms, lobby, and reception areas.

To meet the owner’s new compliance standards, the building included a custom moisture remediation system under all flooring.
